SASSA Takes Expert Services to Fernie Community

The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) in Mpumalanga is currently browsing the Fernie two Community Hall in Mpuluzi to render companies into the community.

SASSA are going to be rendering companies including new social grant applications, change of payment method, consumer care enquiries, plus the Social Relief of Distress (SRD) COVID-19 grant enquiries.

In a press release, the agency reported it really is alarmed with regard to the superior quantity of people depending on social grants for survival.
“The intention from the Integrated Registration Outreach Programme [ICROP] is to reach-out to your significant number of clients/beneficiaries to access SASSA services.

“This is a result of the lack of infrastructure at Fernie and there's no fully functional office dedicated to service the area daily. The service status sassa stage designed for intervention ordeals a higher inflow of potential beneficiaries, which makes it hard with the Workplace to here attend to all people who go to a service point.

“In this reach-out programme, SASSA will mobilise more assets to permit the servicing of all buyers and maximize website usage of Social Assistance expert services,” the agency said.
